Quick Connect Pivot #9915 is a 1/8" Compatible fixed end connector, using a lag for stair rail application. The Pivot Quick-Connect, with a wide 180 degree pivoting range, screws into the post and allows the cable to adjust to the needed angle. Each cable pair must include one tensioning fitting, the 9916 Pivot Tensioner can be paired with this fitting.

9915 Fixed Pivot Fitting Includes 2" Lag for wood posts, and 2-1/2" Lag for Composite Sleeved Posts.
