Deck & Rail Supply: Shipping Policy
Pick Up:
Deck & Rail Supply offers a discounted rate for pickup orders under "Delivery" method, with the discount applied at checkout. This discount, PICKUP5, is for pick up method only, and is only permitted for orders to be picked up at the designated pick up location.
Violations of this policy, such as applying the aforementioned discount code to the "Ship" "Delivery" method may result in additional charges or in cancellation of the order, with the reservation of our rights to apply fees.
Shipping Area:
Deck & Rail Supply offers parcel and freight shipping services as designated at checkout or by custom order.
Deck & Rail Supply reserves the right to alter shipping method purchased to safely transport items depending on shipping area and items ordered.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on orders $5,999.99 and over.
$149.99 flat rate shipping on orders between $3,999.99 and $5,999.98
$249.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $3,999.99
Free shipping may be excluded from custom orders that contain Special Order items.
Parcel:
Parcel orders may ship UPS, Speedee, FedEx, or USPS.
When the order is ready, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing tracking and shipping details.
Shipping status can be found in the shipping confirmation email.
Freight LTL - Less than Load (Delivered by truck):
Certain orders, depending on size of order and product line, may require LTL freight shipment.
Once order is in the possession of the shipping company, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with order details, including ETA, tracking, shipment photos, and delivery procedures.
OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged):
When receiving an LTL, document any discrepancies viewable between what you are receiving and what was shipped. Please compare the pre-shipment photos to the LTL that arrives to you.
In the event that there is a discrepancy: Please take photos of the damaged LTL, notify the driver and have it written on the delivery receipt as evidence.
Liftgate Services:
Liftgate services are not included. Any liftgate service is an additional fee and will be charged to the customer.
Availability:
Items available for purchase online. Other items are available for purchase by custom order. Custom orders may or may not include Special Order* items.
*Special Order items are non-returnable and may require longer availability times.
