Refund policy
Returns on Stocking* items are guaranteed for 30 days after the delivery.
To receive credit, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened if in a package or box.
Special order* items are not available for return.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of confirmation of return.
Return labels may be generated from your user account, or can be created by Staff at Deck & Rail Supply and provided to the email on file.
Restock Fees may apply to returned items.
Refunds for returned or canceled items are subject to transaction fees.
Return Shipping Fees maybe deducted from Returns before Credits are issued.
Credits for Returns on Orders with Free Shipping may have deductions for Original Shipping Fees, in addition to Return Shipping Fees.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be issued for a partial refund or no refund will be given.
Partial Credit may be given to orders returned after 30 days of delivery, or if the returns are shipped more than 30 days after return confirmation is sent.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items on sale may or may not be applicable for return. Sale items marked special order are not returnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@deckandrailsupply.com and send your item to: 785 East Warren Street Gardner Kansas US 66030.
Shipping;
Returns and items to send back can be shipped via a prepaid label provided by Deck & Rail Supply. The cost for the label will be deducted from the credit issued as mentioned above. For any questions on shipping, please contact us: 913-884-3335
