DesignRail Kit (NP) Newel Passthrough Post Kits transition between Level and Stair Rail where the railing runs in a straight line through the post then downstairs at an angle. This is a non-terminating post, where the cable passes through. Pre-drilled posts for 1/8", CableRail Kits sold separately, use with Quick Connect Stair Post,  Threaded Terminal level Post, Level Rail Kit, and Stair Rail Kit. 36" Post Requires 9 Cable Runs, 42" Post Requires 11 Cable Runs.
