KeyLink 3.25" Heavy-Duty Aluminum Surface Posts

Bold Architectural Style and Maximum Structural Support.

When your deck design demands a substantial look or requires superior structural rigidity, KeyLink 3.25" heavy-duty aluminum posts deliver. Manufactured from heavy-wall extruded aluminum and finished with a premium powder coating, these posts stand up to the harshest weather conditions without rusting, warping, or rotting. The robust 3.25" profile provides a bold, craftsman-style appearance that makes a statement on larger decks and commercial properties. Beyond aesthetics, the added width and thickness make these the absolute best choice for anchoring custom gates or supporting long, continuous stretches of railing.

Key Features & Installation Benefits

Gate-Ready Strength: The 3.25" profile is highly recommended for use as gate hinge and latch posts, easily supporting the weight and movement of aluminum gates without flexing. Heavy-Duty Welded Base Plates: No wobbly connections. Every post features a thick, factory-welded base plate for maximum rigidity. Leveling System Included: Deck surfaces are rarely perfectly flat. KeyLink posts include leveling shims to ensure perfectly plumb installations on uneven wood, composite, or concrete. 2-Piece Post Trim: Every post comes with a color-matched, snap-together base trim ring that completely hides your mounting hardware and shims for a clean, finished look. Premium Powder Coating: Available in KeyLink's standard textured and matte finishes (Black, White, Bronze) to perfectly color-match your rails.
