The KeyLink Discovery Series 36" Aluminum Rail delivers a modern, maintenance-free railing solution that outperforms traditional wood at a competitive price point. Each guard-rail section includes top and bottom rails plus 5/8" square balusters, ready for installation without additional components or complex assembly. Available in 6' or 8' lengths, these rails feature a premium Textured Black powder coating that resists fading, weathering, and corrosion. Installation is remarkably efficient—up to four times faster than pressure-treated lumber—making it ideal for both DIY homeowners and professional contractors. The durable aluminum construction eliminates the ongoing maintenance burden of wood, requiring only occasional cleaning with soap and water. Designed for residential level or stair applications, the Discovery rail system achieves a finished 36" height when properly installed. Note that rail-to-post brackets come pre-attached to Discovery Posts. Additional Discovery Bracket Kits are sold separately, and stair applications require individual Stair Brackets for each opening.
