Key-Link Outlook Rail Kits stand 36 inches tall when installed between posts, and include Top and Bottom rails, Vertical Aluminum Balusters, and Level or Stair mounting rail Brackets. (Rail Brackets are Designed to Attach to Key-Link Posts, and are notched to perfectly self-center the rail bracket on the post.)
Outlook series by Key-Link has a compact style top rail yet is well constructed with ribs to hold balusters in place just like the American Aluminum Baluster series. Outlook rail kits have the smallest width balusters of all the Key-Link products, giving the Outlook series the best price, and best viewability of the aluminum baluster series in Key-Link.

Small nation wide orders may be completed UPS ground.
Large nationwide orders will be delivered via a 4'x8' pallet. These freight orders will be scheduled before hand and will need unloaded from the delivery truck.
